Surrender
Some days I have the sensation of pressure slowly boiling inside me. How can I release this feeling? What is it to surrender in subtle ways — to touch my back against the rest of a chair, to relax my arms and give someone a hug, to place a plate on the dinner table with ease. Is it that simple?
