A Helping Hand

God is holding everything with me. I hear these words while I am awake during the night. They remind of the words of the sixteenth century mystic Teresa of Avila:

Let nothing disturb you.
Let nothing upset you.
Everything changes.
God alone is unchanging.
With patience all things are possible.
Whoever has God lacks nothing.
God alone is enough.
