I invite you to participate in my June 13, 2009 workshop.

The Summer Comfort Circle

Sweet Surrender

In this comfort circle, we will explore the purpose and peace that embracing surrender has in our lives. We will engage in the practice of surrender through body relaxation, breath awareness, guided imagery, and contemplative sharing. How do we let go and find ways to release more fully into the lives we are living every day.

By bringing surrender to our daily life, we hope to find more inner peace and deepen our capacity to live in the present moment. During this time of discovery and reflection, we will engage in:

• Guided surrender meditations
• Reflection Time
• Collage making
When: Saturday, June 13, 2009
Time: 9:30 – 12:00 pm.
