Gratitude Journal, Day 4

I seem to be in the habit of writing my gratitude journal in the morning for the previous day. This is because I am usually really tired at the end of the day, since I am handling a sleep disorder.

Gratitudes for Saturday, November 20

1. Grateful for the energy to go to yoga class.

2. Grateful for walking through the park and enjoying the trees, flowers, plants and all that is growing. The Earth is so bountiful, and I am grateful to live near a park to enjoy it.

3. Grateful for the birthday money my family gave me — today I bought a new robe, a good quality hairbrush, and a substantial pillow.

4. Grateful to come home and sit by the fire in the evening, as I listen to the rain outside.

5. Grateful to meditate today and remember to nurture my spiritual nature and the spiritual perspective on my life.
