As we say goodbye to Thanksgiving, and approach the December holidays, let’s remember to bring thankfulness and gratitude forward. Gratitude is the perfect practice to continue every day. I am continuing my gratitude journal. It only takes a few minutes at the end of my day.

I found myself getting anxious today about the new work week ahead. Again, I reminded myself: One Thing at a Time. Be in the moment. Don’t jump ahead. As Thich Nhat Hanh says: Life is lived only in the present moment. Then Joy will be revealed.
